• Drafting of diets, menus and personalized food advice (for various pathologies) for patients in the wards and outside;

• Use of the main food databases and software;

• Carrying out of didactic-educational activities and information aimed at spreading the principles of correct nutrition for the community and population groups;

• Elaboration and composition of food rations to meet the nutritional needs of specific population groups.
