Eco-guided physiotherapy is a branch of physiotherapy that deals with evaluating the rehabilitation process of a patient during physiotherapy treatment.

It involves the use of the ultrasound to support the physiotherapy visit and the subsequent therapeutic-rehabilitation phase, in the context of neuro-musculoskeletal and visceral pathologies and dysfunctions.

The most typical example is the muscle tear in which the extent of the injury is displayed and reassessed from time to time after the treatment.
